Soca Fashion Show 2025 - Intern Application

The Soca Fashion Show is seeking motivated and passionate interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry. As an intern, you’ll work behind the scenes, assist with event coordination, and be a part of one of the largest fashion shows in the region. Whether you’re looking to expand your knowledge in fashion, event management, or production, this is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of high-energy fashion events.

Intern Responsibilities:

• Assist with event coordination and logistics leading up to the show and on the event day

• Help manage designer, model, and stylist schedules

• Aid in setup and breakdown of event spaces

• Assist with backstage organization during the event, including managing model check-ins and styling stations

• Support the social media team by capturing behind-the-scenes moments

• Provide administrative support as needed

• Engage with guests, VIPs, and sponsors to ensure they have an amazing experience

• Assist with any additional tasks as directed by event coordinators

Intern Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Passion for fashion and event production

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

• Punctual and dependable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience or interest in fashion, event planning, or marketing is a plus, but not required

• Availability on November 14-15, 2025 for event-related activities (dates are flexible depending on your availability)
